Kate's Business Experience

• Kate has over 12 years' experience working in business and consulting across industries and sectors
• She has worked for PricewaterhouseCooper, providing audit and advisory services for industry-leading businesses across the UK
• She has also worked for Deloitte, specialising in business advisory services for start-up, high growth and high risk businesses.

• Within Industry, Kate worked in Risk Management for a leading Commercial Property company, developing and implementing strategies to manage critical risks across the business
• She also held a trouble-shooter / internal business consultant role for the businesses UK arm, working across all divisions to develop and implement solutions to a wide range of business issues
• Kate managed the development and implementation of the UK business's CSR and Sustainability strategy; in particular up-skilling the business to align it with its parent company's market-leading approach
• She holds an MBA, having specialised in CSR, business strategy, finance and marketing. Her thesis focused on how CSR and Stakeholder Management strategies can be used to generate a real value-add business proposition for small and medium sized businesses (SME's)
• Kate has worked in both the UK and Australia

Simon's Business Experience

• Simon has over 25 years' business experience, predominantly within the Property and Finance sectors.
• He has been involved with most aspects of commercial property, as a principal, an adviser and a banker.
• Most recently Simon held a position as board director of Halladale Group plc; a property company quoted on AIM, which was subsequently sold to a large Australian property company.

• As part of his last role, Simon was responsible for delivery of the CSR strategy into a UK property business which had no prior experience of it. The rewards and business benefits that Simon experienced through this process have cemented his firm belief that the 'traditional' model of business needs to be transformed to one which is much more stakeholder focused. It is this belief that has driven the establishment of 4Front Consulting, supporting businesses in developing dynamic and above all value generating strategies to truly maximise their value potential in the current market place.
